*Across equity, debt, and grant allocations locally and internationallyWhen you find an established, profitable medical practice being sold by a retiring professional, applying directly to a commercial bank isn't your only path—and it's often the hardest.
At Dala For Africa, we offer a uniquely different, comprehensive approach to practice acquisition:
We ensure your acquisition framework is optimized for funding approval, taking the administrative and financial guesswork off your plate.
A curated panel of private debt and specialized healthcare lenders that range from individuals to institutions and local to international sources of capital.
We support your deal readiness upfront, with the lion's share of our fee structured on a success basis - tied directly to the capital you raise.
We’ve streamlined the healthcare practice acquisition financing process into three clear steps:
We review the financial health of the target healthcare practice and prepare your portfolio, structuring the buyout framework to appeal directly to specialized capital providers.
We present your structured deal directly to our trusted network of funders who look beyond traditional commercial banking constraints to provide necessary debt capital.
Secure the funding, close the transaction, and step into full ownership of your new practice.
We work primarily on a success basis. Our fee structure is as follows: 5% success fee for deals R20 million and below; 2.5% for deals valued at R50 million and above; and 2% for deals valued at R100 million and above. Any initial retainer fee paid is fully deducted from this final success fee.
Typical time to getting funded can be as quick as 6 weeks. This assumes a strong business case and complete investor readiness. Timelines can be extended depending on access to required financial information and specific due diligence requirements from our funding panel.
Our ideal deal sizes range from R20 million to R100 million. However, we have deep experience in the market and can explore and structure bespoke solutions for smaller deal sizes as well.
Absolutely. We operate with strict confidentiality agreements. Your financial data and the details of the target practice are only shared with curated lenders when appropriate and secure.
